Applying for a Portugal visa from Dubai? The local appointment service is handled through VFS Global, with an appointment centre at Wafi Mall. Abu Dhabi is also available as a separate appointment search for your chosen city if that location suits you better. Portugal Visa Alerts is an independent notification service that watches these appointment services and sends you an email and SMS notification when an appointment matching your saved dates and centres appears. You still use the official provider to book, attend and submit your application, and the service cannot control appointment availability or the visa decision.
The Dubai route is for Portugal visa appointments through VFS Global in the United Arab Emirates. The listed Dubai application centre is the VFS Global Dubai Visa Application Centre at Wafi Mall, First Floor, Phase 5 Horus, Umm Hurair 2, Dubai. The official Portugal appointment entry point is the VFS Global booking page for the United Arab Emirates: https://visa.vfsglobal.com/are/en/prt/book-an-appointment. Check the destination-specific VFS page and your appointment confirmation before travelling, as the provider's instructions apply to your visit.
If Abu Dhabi is a more practical option, the Abu Dhabi appointment service uses the VFS Global Abu Dhabi Visa Application Centre at Level B2, The Mall, World Trade Centre, Khalifa Bin Zayed 1st Street, Abu Dhabi. Its official Portugal booking entry point is the same United Arab Emirates VFS page. The listed local service price for either appointment search for your chosen city is £13.99. This guide covers the centres recorded for this appointment service, but it is not an exhaustive list of every possible service location or booking option.
Start by choosing the route that you can realistically attend. Dubai is the nearer listed centre to the named Dubai location, while Abu Dhabi is an alternative supported application city. The distance figures shown with the centre listings are approximate straight-line estimates, not driving distances or journey times. Before setting off, check live travel options, the exact centre address, provider instructions and the details in your appointment confirmation.
Keep the official process separate from appointment searching. Portugal Visa Alerts does not book an appointment for you, submit a visa application, confirm that a slot is suitable, or decide whether your visa will be granted. Its role is to look for appointments that match your saved choices and send an email and SMS notification when an appointment matching your saved dates and centres appears. You remain responsible for checking the official VFS page, selecting and confirming the appointment, and following the application instructions that apply to your case.
Use the official VFS Global Portugal page for the United Arab Emirates before travelling. Confirm that the route, centre and appointment details match your booking.
Read your appointment confirmation carefully and keep the relevant details accessible. Follow any provider instructions about arrival, submission and the centre visit.
Plan around real traffic and local travel conditions rather than the straight-line estimate shown in the centre listing. Recheck the address before leaving.
An email and SMS notification identifies a potentially suitable appointment. It does not reserve the slot, guarantee acceptance or influence the Portuguese visa decision.
